Returns
You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the issue is caused by our mistake, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
